This was our original intended route. It allowed us to cross the Irish sea as well as the Channel at
the shortest crossing points and thus insured that we were never far from land. As you will see if you scroll down
to the second pic, we altered it slightly!

Things seldom go according to plan and we subsiquently changed the route. This is the route that we
finally took leaving Ireland at Cork traveling for just under 24 hours to reach
Newlyn in Cornwall. From there we followed the south English coast past Falmouth, Dartmouth, and
finally Weymouth. From here we crossed the channel to Omonville and then cruised along the French
coast stopping at Ouisterham and finally entering the Seine estuary at Le Havre.
